Available positions:
Counselor
Clinician assesses clients for diagnosis and treatment needs. Clinician will use evidenced based psychological treatment modalities and techniques to address identified issues and concerns, in accordance with the treatment plan.
The Company provides individual, family and group psychotherapy which is outlined in the individualized treatment plan. Clinician operates from a wellness perspective, which emphasizes moving toward optimal human functioning in mind, body, and spirit, and away from distress, dysfunction, and mental illness.
Education services are provided during the treatment process dealing with mental health issues, symptom management, medication issues, parenting issues, and any other education needs. The psychotherapy recovery treatment plan is reviewed with the client, or the parent or guardian if the client is a minor, and the behavioral health clinic staff involved in the case, and the treatment plan is amended at that time if deemed necessary.
Case Managers
Case management services are assessing, planning, linking, coordination, monitoring, and advocating for clients and their families to ensure delivery of multiple services which are designed to ensure their needs for care, are delivered in a coordinated and therapeutic manner to meet the goals of treatment outcomes.
Peer Support and Youth Support
The Peer Support Specialist will establish a personal relationship with the Member and will support the Member in completing an assessment to determine the needs and strengths of the Member. They will assist the Member in developing a support plan to assist them in accessing and using treatment and support programs in order to eliminate or decrease the need for hospital emergency room services or to enhance their ability to remain independent. They use their own recovery story to assist Members on their recovery journey.
Skills Building
Skills Building is a home or community-based service that utilizes psychiatric rehabilitation interventions designed to build and reinforce functional skills. Skills Building modalities and interventions vary in intensity, frequency, and duration in order to support member’s ability to manage functional need independently. This service is available to youth diagnosed with serious emotional disturbance (SED) and adults recovering from a Severe Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and Serious Mental Illness (SMI).
